How do I track my order?
 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. You can also log in to your account at any time to view your order status and history.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We offer Standard (5–7 business days) and Express (2–3 business days) shipping across the U.S. Local pickup is also available in select areas. Shipping options are shown at checkout based on your location.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unused items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact info@urbandupatta.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.

How can I contact your couriers?

Do you provide International delivery?

What is your returns policy?
 

We accept returns for eligible products in original condition with tags. Custom-stitched, clearance, and final sale items are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
